Sale was great- Service inattentive, sloppy, -left to sit for 4 hours for a tire patch and 5k mile service. Finally received car with dash light on and low tire pressure on the spare. Car was dirty, was told when we called to express our concerns about the service (no paper floor mats, no wash or vacuum after 4 hours for such a minor service then given car with a dash light on) that Seminole has complimentary wash- How would we know? Driver is instructed to continue driving vehicle until reproducing issue with total disregard to driver and passenger safety . Dealership claims technician will be sent to site when issue occurs . Made an appointment to have a recall part replaced. When I got there, the service writer told me I was entitled to an oil change. I told him I had just changed it and didn't want another one. I came in to get my window tint repaired, which was covered under a lifetime warranty when I purchased the car. However, I was informed that because the original dealership was sold off, it was only co covered under a lifetime warranty when I purchased the car. Bought this car and noticed they added warranties to my loan. Never received any paperwork on them; only reason I noticed is when I tried asking for my buyers order they gave me the run around on the phone loan. Next on my list is to try and get these warranties cancelled but with the way they treated me I bet they will give me the run around again. Worst dealership I've ever experienced do not come here!!! Also the Rolando collazo lied to me and said his name was "Amir" guess he forgot that his name and picture is on the site....... More
