Dishonest!!! Went with my daughter and son in law to purchase a used car. They found a car that they liked and wanted to see about their trade in and financing. The trade in amount was fair but when it came to the financing that is when the fun started. They tried sneeking in so called accessories in the deal to tune of 1600.00 dollars that was never discussed in the initial pricing. After they ran the credit app and we settled on a payment amount they made us wait for 2 hours before bringing everyone in the office to tell us that the payment would be $60 more than what was already approved. We had to get the keys back for the trade in and amazingly they all of a sudden were able to finance the car for the original agreed payment. This is also after the manager told us there was nothing he could do about the payment. This type of business practice is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can assure you that neither myself or any of my family will ever step foot in this dealer again. And I can assure you that everyone I speak to that is considering an automobile purchase will be told to stay away from this dealer. More
