After Sale They Ignore You Purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner. I admit it was our fault for not reading ALL the paperwork finance department puts in front of your. Fortunately, i Purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner. I admit it was our fault for not reading ALL the paperwork finance department puts in front of your. Fortunately, immediately after signing we realized the financing term was in correct and was able to get that corrected before we left dealership. Unfortunately, we did not realize the length of term and mileage for the service contract was incorrect. For the past 3 days we have spoken to six different people who were going to "look into it" and get back with us. No one will return calls and voicemail is an eternal loop. Anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, be forewarned and take the time to READ everything. Once you leave the lot you are on your own! More

This is now the 2nd Camry we have gotten with her and anyone that needs help I will help them to direct them to this dealership and to look for Maria. A few others are Raed Kader he was great when we picked up my white Camry & he also attended our paperwork for my husbands red Camry we just got there late to sign paperwork and he had already left for the day. Very appreciative customer care he provided. Then Derrich Hubbard finished the deal for my husbands red Camry which was also a nice and professional employee. Great experience thank you all. They threw two things into my sales contract, a Care Maintenance Review your contract CAREFULLY if you are purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They threw two things into my sales contract, a Care Maintenance Program for $860 and a program called Zaktek - $599 which I knew nothing about. They have you sign everything on the computer and after hours of negotiating, it is very easy to miss that these things have been thrown into your sales contract. Be very weary. I called them and tried to discuss this issue but they were having nothing to do with me and the person I dealt with was actually quite rude. More
