First let me say we had 5 Toyotas over the last 7 years and there was not one time they tried to get me( Seminole Toyota) either by lying on the interest rates or ad 6 months on the financing terms without my knowledge, under evaluating my trade in( 10k lower than KBB) Well, another episode was after I bought a Tacoma I noticed there was a sign stating with any car purchase we would be given a set of mats, when I asked the salesperson he said, we can only give you the set after you leave a 5 star review and the list goes on and on...The worse one so far was last week I called the salesperson I used for the previous purchases, asking for the price out the door of a Tacoma 3.6L and of course he tried to get me to stop by at the dealership which I refused, I told him I needed the final number so I wouldn't waste my or his time and after a good while he sent me the numbers which are the most deceiving on the market, tons of fees as usual but the last one got me real upset, THEY ARE CHARGING $2,995 AS A "PREMIUM" for give you a chance to get one of their trucks, of course they renamed the charge , so by Toyota standards price gouging is now called "Dealer added Accessories" this place is a rat hole and after all they did over the years they convinced me to drop Toyota as a brand and just to let you know the same group owns many different brands as Chevrolet, VW.... I was talking to a Gustavo, I have damaged. credit (590)but I am still able to get approved for loans (I was already approved through capital one). Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived early. Christian set up our car in the system as it was going to be our first visit.
