Logan was informative, professional, and nice. No pressure sales. Only bad was the waiting room was miserably cold and I could not go outside to warm up since it was cold outside too. Everything was good except for the part of recommending brakes and rotors on a 20k vehicle that has only been highway driven. I checked and my breaks are still very good. I did not like the fact that you r brakes and rotors on a 20k vehicle that has only been highway driven. I checked and my breaks are still very good. I did not like the fact that you recommended something I did not need! Not sure I'll be going back. More

Sale was great- Service inattentive, sloppy, -left to sit for 4 hours for a tire patch and 5k mile service. Finally received car with dash light on and low tire pressure on the spare. Asked for help with sit for 4 hours for a tire patch and 5k mile service. Finally received car with dash light on and low tire pressure on the spare. Asked for help with learning about special features of the car was told to go find a salesman after the service. No attempt to be a liaison. Car was dirty, was told when we called to express our concerns about the service (no paper floor mats, no wash or vacuum after 4 hours for such a minor service then given car with a dash light on) that Seminole has complimentary wash- How would we know? The service advisor apologized for his disinterest and poor customer service. More
