Made an appointment to have a recall part replaced. When I got there, the service writer told me I was entitled to an oil change. I told him I had just changed it and didn't want another one. I came in to get my window tint repaired, which was covered under a lifetime warranty when I purchased the car. However, I was informed that because the original dealership was sold off, it was only co covered under a lifetime warranty when I purchased the car. However, I was informed that because the original dealership was sold off, it was only covered for 10 years. Ended up agreeing to pay 200 for the service. Quality of the work was good. More
Bought this car and noticed they added warranties to my loan. Never received any paperwork on them; only reason I noticed is when I tried asking for my buyers order they gave me the run around on the phone loan. Next on my list is to try and get these warranties cancelled but with the way they treated me I bet they will give me the run around again. Worst dealership I've ever experienced do not come here!!! Had a warranty claim on a tire from the local Audi dealership and he completely refused to file the claim even with Audi on the phone with him. Charles wasnt very friendly and for the 3rd or 4th time they system didn't have the deal offered to me in the system. Had I not called back to ensure the confirmation email with my promised price was recei they system didn't have the deal offered to me in the system. Had I not called back to ensure the confirmation email with my promised price was received i would have had to pay full price. This consistently happening is why I dont like to come to Toyota for my regular services. More
