Victor was knowledgable and patient in answering all my questions and I had a lot of them! He understood the loan terms and length and monthly payment I was looking for and did not try to push me into some questions and I had a lot of them! He even came in on his day off to correct a situation I had earlier in the day at that dealership. Victor went as far as delivering the car to me with all the paperwork and ensuring understood all the numbers and documents without being pushy or rude. I cannot say the same for everyone else I dealt with at that dealership. They should all take lessons from victor on his integrity, honesty, and customer service. If it was not for victor I would have gone elsewhere. More
