Every time I come to the dealership, I have Armani as my service advisor. He always goes out of his way to make sure that I am taking care of in a timely manner, and that all of my issues are also taken car service advisor. He answers every phone call when I call him every question and just gets me taken care of and on the road. I appreciate him 100% for the dedication that he gives to all of his customers and to the Toyota dealership itself, Jerome the service manager is probably one of the best service managers I've ever dealt with. He is a great leader that supports all of his staff. People like Jerome and Armani are hard to come by. They treat everybody the Way they want to be treated. It's always a pleasure to come to the Dealership and see their smiling faces because I always know that without a doubt I'm going to be taken care of at 110%. Yesterday I got a nail in my tire and Seminole Toyota took the car in immediately. The tire could not be repaired so we purchased 2 new tires. Honestly terrible dealership. Took them over 1 month to fix our car engine only for the engine to be bad. We requested an oil change our service guy Jimmy stated it didn’t need on Took them over 1 month to fix our car engine only for the engine to be bad. We requested an oil change our service guy Jimmy stated it didn’t need one until 67k miles. Next thing I know my engine like goes on and now I have metal fibers in my engine. Absolutely displeased with this dealership and I will never get another vehicle with Seminole Toyota. More
