Poor communication and lack of follow through about service updates. Left me waiting at Seminole Toyota on site without following up with a status update on my extended service warranty. His excuse was service updates. Left me waiting at Seminole Toyota on site without following up with a status update on my extended service warranty. His excuse was that he was too busy to leave his desk and walk back to talk to me like he said he would. He also did not check with me about pricing before taking my car in for service after opening a claim for service. I was forced to go and use another Toyota dealership over 1.5 hours away in order to use my service package and spent 2 hours waiting at Seminole Toyota unnecessarily before leaving with my car without service. Very disappointing! More
