Ben Pagan was exceptional at his profession. Even though he had been there only a short time, his information and attention to detail was exceptional. I had several questions that I had asked him regarding he had been there only a short time, his information and attention to detail was exceptional. I had several questions that I had asked him regarding the car as I had seen several other makes of cars I was looking at to replace my current SUV and after viewing those other vehicles I knew what I was looking for in a car, Ben was able to answer all those questions for me before I even took the car for a ride. The car sold itself once I sat in the Rav4 and looked around at the Dashboard setup. I am older than the kids today and it was simple enough for me to understand, and I love that the navigation system is at the window level and it doesn't take your eyes off the road as the other vehicles I had looked at prior to this. The other companies navigation system is down below the dashboard which makes you take your eyes off the road. Also, being able to have the option of having all the windows and skylight open up with the push of a button as you approach the vehicle is a real plus considering the climate we live in here in Florida. Ben was a HUGE help in this feature and sure appreciate his dilegence. He is an asset to Seminole Toyota and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle or recommend anyone looking for a car to see Ben at Seminole Toyota. Thanks Ben for all your hard work.
