I went in to the dealership with very little hope. I had two vehicles (a 2020 Corolla and a 2018 escape) that I was potentially looking at trading in. I worked with Jayden Santiago and Cyril Haley. We I had two vehicles (a 2020 Corolla and a 2018 escape) that I was potentially looking at trading in. I worked with Jayden Santiago and Cyril Haley. We started by looking at new vehicles. I was interested in the RAV4. They had on on the lot that really jumped out at me. Then they went to work. I told them what I wanted for both vehicles. And they took the time to try and get as close as possible to those numbers. We eventually came to a deal that was agreeable and I started signing the paperwork. Also while in the office going over the paperwork they were able to find me even more savings. That I feel was a nice touch to what was a very long day. More
