BUYER BEWARE! What an awful car buying experience. I purchased a used vehicle from the lot, the car salesmen knew nothing about the vehicle we purchased, so be prep What an awful car buying experience. I purchased a used vehicle from the lot, the car salesmen knew nothing about the vehicle we purchased, so be prepared to know everything in advance about the Make/Model of the vehicle you are looking to buy because the salesmen are clueless. Also, make sure to check all the electronics and technology in the vehicle first hand, the salesmen at this dealership just tell you what you want to hear. In our case, we were fulled and purchased a vehicle we were told, was fully functional, however it wasn't - now the dealership is just telling me.. you signed the paperwork so now it's on you! What a scam. Also, if you buy a new car, don't expect a full tank of gas!!! We were lucky there was enough fuel to barely make it to the closest gas station. BUYER BEWARE! More

The guy at the Financial Department was also very helpful. He really knew his job and was very skilled in navigating through a bunch of documents that I had to sign. I'm even sorry for him that I can't remember his name here. The car that I've bought seems like it needs some work here and there, according to my local mechanic who I trust. But still it was a GREAT DEAL considering the year, mileage and price. More

He walked with us and gave us pros and cons of every vehicle we looked at. When we finally found a vehicle we liked, again still skeptical Victor was so patient with us kept in contact with us until we were finally ready. Honestly the deal was sealed because of Victor, he really wants to make sure his customers are getting what they want and he truly wants them to be happy with their purchase and not just make the sale. This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle! More
