Victor made the whole experience easy and stress free and, if you've ever been a previous car shopper you know what I'm talking about. We can't explain how simple and easy and painless the whole process was, we're still shocked. Victor has a lot of professional and patient! So, here was our dilemma, we had a trade-in vehicle with a LOT of negative equity and some pretty bad credit, but in the end they were able to provide a deal we couldn't refuse (no pun intended).
