I liked her car so much my husband and I went back less than a week later, saw Jim and purchased a 2016 forester. Again good trade in for my vehicle. There were no hassles, told them what we wanted to pay...pretty effortless. Jim did everything he could to make our experience a pleasant one. Great guy. My daughter had a glitche with her gps. He and the dealership again accommodated in replacing it. Went back and jay reeducate do me on the specifics of the vehicle, he was fun personable and a great educator, thanks jay stulbarg! More

And oh by the way, rotors were warping after < 18k miles. Wanted that at checked too. Wear and tear they say. Not under warranty. But the kicker, the guy that does the scans for the ECUs has been out of work for three months because of an accident. Then why did you schedule me for that if the guy has been out for three month?. "Sorry. Our bad. ". What ever happened to the days of "Sorry, we f'd you. This is how we're going to make it up to you. " Sorry. B'bye is all I get I guess. Last time I go there. For any thing. I'm averaging 30 miles per gallon! Then to top it off, the dealership had me come back in for the delivery specialist appointment. He just wanted to go over all the techy stuff with me again. That was cool, very cool. He was very informative and patient. He didn't sound like this was a chore for him to do. I think he enjoyed going over all of the tech gadgets in my car more than me, haha. More
