They gave me a fair price for my trade-in vehicle as well. And the person handling the financing was exceptional as well. She thoroughly explained the options for additional coverage and warranty information, and was extremely efficient. I also like their program for explaining the features of the new car at a later date, as my daughter will be the driver but was unable to be there for the original review of options. That is, until I visited Sendell. Right off the bat, they introduced me to Jay. I was told that he wasn't a car salesman (whew!), but was more than willing to show me around, answer my questions, take me out for a test drive. And we did just that. It didn't take long to find the car that I wanted, but when it came to the actual sale, they put me in touch with Josh. He wasn't pushy, worked with me throughout the process, and got me the car that I wanted. All in all, this was an incredibly pleasant experience. These two gentleman took a wretched process and turned it into something fun and intuitive. More

I was driving on the turn pike when a car shot in front of me and hit the brakes doing 70. The eyesight option put on the brakes before I could hit them, I just miss hitting the car. I think every person buying a Subaru should get this option and buy from Sendell. More

Every single member of the staff was courteous and polite. Having driven fleet cars for many years I have been used to being treated as a nuisance when picking up my vehicle, this caused me to dread these pick-ups and to not want to do business with those dealerships that treated me so poorly.
