I agreed to come to the dealership to have these features explained to me in detail. At first I was a little sceptical about receiving this training since it would require about 1/2 hour or so of my time. I must admit the explanation I received about my Forester's features was well worth my time and in truth I would highly endorse this program to any new Subaru owner. My instructor was Jay and he did a great job explaining my car's features and more importantly he showed a great deal of patience and friendliness when I asked questions or I just needed further explanation. Whether you are a techie , a novice or somewhere in between I would encourage any new car owner to attend this program. This program is a reflection on the care and value that Subaru places on it's customers. This is the 4th Subaru my family has owned and the cars ,the company, and the dealership just keep getting better and better! More

Very personal and thoughtful service, great price Chris and the team at Sendell Subaru were all easy to work with and generous with their time. We initially took interest in a gray forester. They didn't have it in stock but managed to located it and get it delivered. Once we saw it in person, we decided we preferred white. We felt awful but Chris didn't have any problem or concern. They began to hunt down a whole one for us that met our specs. They negotiated with dealers from more than 300 miles away and then managed to track down one for us that we were willing to wait for. We took the car before some of the accessories were in stock so they drove to our house to exchange vehicles with us for the day while they installed the accessories after the purchase (more than an hour drive). We had our new car back at the end of the day. We also added some side trim that once installed, we hated. Sendell sent a loaner vehicle a second time and removed the trim for free in the same day. All of that work was done after making the sale. This is an excellent dealership. More
