While I do not put a lot of faith these are actually read, here is my experience. I have no problem with the personnel. Heather, Ashly and Kayla are all top notch and good communicators. I brought my vehicle in last month for engine noise and because I had a power loss on the free-way. I thought the symptoms were related. It turned out that the Fuel-pump needed to be replaced. I though that this would cure the engine noise as well. The noised persisted even after I retrieved my car. I let it go, because sometimes these things just go away, however it has gotten louder in recent days and yesterday, I discovered that my AC is not working. The original work order does say engine noise as part of the repair, but I am not sure this was ever properly explored. Bottom line, no AC and I have not started it up today to see of the noise persists. More

I had to be Ann Arbor hospital early afternoon Tuesday morning. I can't explain what I felt when my wife and I got in our car to start our trip down state, and the car would not start. I called the Deale morning. I can't explain what I felt when my wife and I got in our car to start our trip down state, and the car would not start. I called the Dealership and asked if they could replace a battery. They said it could make an appointment for Saturday. I explain that I had to be in Ann Arbor this afternoon for surgery. I was told to get the car in the service ASAP. Got the started , made it to the Dealership, and 30 minutes later was on my way, with a new battery. Not only did I make it to U M hospital, I was 30 minutes early. Thank you for the kind reaction and the fast service. More
