The service department was great! All the Service advisors were attentive and my service advisor, Ron was exceptionally nice! Came in late afternoon on a Friday and they were still All the Service advisors were attentive and my service advisor, Ron was exceptionally nice! Came in late afternoon on a Friday and they were still able to service my car that day. The only suggestion I have would be to install a snack vending machine in the waiting room. I brought my Buick Encore into Serra Buick to have the oil changed, tires check and general checkup. It took about two hours for all the car checks to be accomplished. The only thing that was not done is oil changed, tires check and general checkup. It took about two hours for all the car checks to be accomplished.
