I brought my Buick Encore into Serra Buick to have the oil changed, tires check and general checkup. It took about two hours for all the car checks to be accomplished. Best dealership ever . My car had rear camera issue and the part was ordered and when part came in they said it will take two days to replace it. Ron Farmer did a fantastic job helping me get the warranty company to approve the required repairs and lined up a rental vehicle.
