Over an hour for an oil change seems a little extreme. The tech pulled mycar out of garage after an hour and sat in it for 3 minutes, and after another 3 minutes I went tomycar tojustleave and it was lo The tech pulled mycar out of garage after an hour and sat in it for 3 minutes, and after another 3 minutes I went tomycar tojustleave and it was locked . Returned to the service desk and my service writer wasn't there. He was at another desk and I told him I needed to get going , that I had another appointment to get to.
