I called and left messages, and received only one call as a response. I would rather have a salesperson give me ongoing updates. This provides a sense that the sales team wants to be energetic and involved professionally with the buyer. I did not get the impression communication was a high value. Also, the financing person could have provided clearer details - I felt a bit rushed along and missed some important details. He did provide good follow-up, but the experience would have been better with more time given to digest all of the information. More
