I had my 105k service done. Had my oil changed and wiper blades replaced the week before. Same guy same dealership same appointment time. He said oh yeah. He says the shuttle will be along shortly. 50 minutes later I ask him about the shuttle. He said it should be here in 15. Then I end up riding around the state of Michigan with 3 other people and it took 55 minutes to get me home. Then I get my bill and I was charged again for oil and blades. I said we did that last week. He said oh yeah, my bad, good catch. Only got like $95 credit back. Even though the same service the week before cost $121. Think I was still charged for the labor. So just overall bad communication and attention to details. I don't mind waiting if I knew how long or even an idea. I could have had an uber pick me up. I'm straight up 44th st.
