Service above and beyond Brought my kids Pilot in for a loose tailgate latch to be repaired. In my most recent visit, the service department diagnosed what was causing the SRS light to come on in my son's 2000 Accord, and didn't charge me for service the vehicle didn't need. More

The wait time for service can be a bit long at times due to the amount of vehicles coming in, but the team running the oils change service from my experience runs efficently through the variety of vehicle brands they see on a daily basis. Rivertown makes buying a vehicle an exceptional experience! We were looking to replace our 2002 Honda Odyssey with a Certified pre-owned one. Rivertown's website is super easy to use. We were able to filter to exactly what we were looking for. I even filled out a couple of online requests thinking I would hear back in a day or so. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from Casey in about an hour with imformation. We decided to make the 4 hour one-way trip to check out our options. Casey even came in on his day off to meet us. By the time the day arrived Casey had already answered all of our questions. So, all that was left was a test drive. Bruce Angell did an excellent job explaining warranty information without making us feel pressured. The actual purchasing experience was easy and hassle free. Not once did we feel taken advantage of or have the uneasy feeling that often accompanys buy a vehicle. While we were buttoning up the sales transaction the support team did a great job doing a final clean and prep of the van for us. We will definately recommend Rivertown Honda and Casey and Bruce. I I had a great experience at the Rivertown Honda. I called another Honda dealership in the area regarding my car's recall and they were not helpful. I then called the Rivertown Honda, even though it was farther away from my home, and they gave me all the details, great service and did not make me feel like I was a hassle to them. When I got there, I brought a lot of work and was able to work in one of their cubicles in the waiting area. What a nice area! I was so happy to have my own space to work, and not feel like I was bothering anyone else in the waiting area. There were a lot of people waiting, but I felt like we all had our own space and were not crowded while waiting. They were also very fast! I was told it would take about 2 hours to fix my car, but an hour and 15 minutes later, I was out the door. Great service and friendly staff! More
