Have yet to hear from Jesse after reporting concerns after this last visit. The paint in the 2 areas it was dropped off for does look good, however the fit/gal is now off. It's is so tight I can tell if after this last visit. The paint in the 2 areas it was dropped off for does look good, however the fit/gal is now off. It's is so tight I can tell if the headlight is damaged or it's a plastic mold cause. It does not match the gap on the other side by a notice amount. The rear taillight was not seated and has a noticeably larger gap than the other side. The car was returned very salty, it was dropped off freshly washed. Cleaning the car revealed many new divits and scratches on the car going down to metal and primer. A report has been filed with the carwash to determine if it damage was caused there and is still under investigation, as the consumer it is impossible for me to know if the damage was from the service or the car wash as the car was not clean upon picking up. However I can confirm that the road salt does mask this damage. The initial pickup I was shown the car in extremely dim lighting, insufficient for observing the lack of repair. This time Jesse did not inspect the car with me and the car was too dirty for proper inspection. Either way I now have more damage after this repair than when it was dropped off and I am very frustrated with the entire experience of purchasing this car and with the service department. More

I had purchased my Ridgeline in Iowa from my son in law. A month ago I got a notice from Honda that it had a recall and needed a new fuel pump. I set up an appointment with Serra. I arrived at 7:30 AM for t A month ago I got a notice from Honda that it had a recall and needed a new fuel pump. I set up an appointment with Serra. I arrived at 7:30 AM for the appointment. I was told it would take 3 hours even though the service rep. said the tank didn't need to be removed. I told him I didn't want to wait for it so he told the courtesy driver who took me home. 3.5 hours later I get a notice that I have an inspection video and document. The tech said he took the truck for a drive and the steering wheel was not centered so the truck needed an alignment. I have drove the truck for 3000 miles and I know for sure the steering wheel is not off. An the tires look fine. Then at 11:09 I recieved a message from the service advisor saying the truck was almost done but the tech advised it needed an alignment. I declined the alignment and asked that the courtesy driver come and pick me up. The advisor then told me he would let me know when the truck is done. At 12:45 I finally got the text that the truck was done and the diver was on his way. I feel I was being taken advantage of. I graduated from Lincoln Tech and worked as an auto tech for years. I know how the business works. But this is ridiculous. More
