On this vehicle there is a one time use plastic washer with the oil drain plug which if not seated properly by the mechanic it will leak (a lot). Evidently this is a fairly come error which is surprising giving the amount of oil changes they do and the fact it would start leaking right away so how could they not check that before lowering the car. Service agent prioritized my car and got it corrected in 45 minutes. He was very apologetic and professional. What would have made this a 5 star rating was if they would have given me a $25 off coupon for my next oil change. Really thats what they should have done. I drove 40 miles and took a couple hours out of the day to get the mistake corrected. More
