Dwain was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, didn't rush through, and offered realistic recommendations for repair. My one issue is that when I drove the car away, the steering wheel alignment was off considerably, which was not a problem when we dropped it off. Now I have to make another trip to get that taken care of, which is pretty frustrating. More
