I was told they sometimes give the brake info as part of the routine inspection and that it was 'hit or miss.' I have always been told about the brake pads after oil changes before. So far, so good. A few hiccups with the condition of my vehicle upon delivery. 1. Loose fog lamp driver's side. 2. Loose rear wiper. 3. Minor paint issue, I was told A few hiccups with the condition of my vehicle upon delivery. 1. Loose fog lamp driver's side. 2. Loose rear wiper. 3. Minor paint issue, I was told to contact the warranty company who did my paint protection. Seems odd, as the car had less than 500 miles at the time. I think your service department is great, I don't feel that way about the sales department. Treatment was great during the purchase process, not so much after I was sent home with my car. I give the car a 9 out of 10. More
