Worst place ever, they lie just to get you through the door. I am in the market to buy a car and its not easy to find the right car these days we all know that. I did my research, called almost 30 dealers door. I am in the market to buy a car and its not easy to find the right car these days we all know that. I did my research, called almost 30 dealers to fins the car i was looking for. Finally Lincolnwood had the car, I called and spoke to sales rep twice. Was informed about the price, specifically asked if there were any hidden fees i needed to know about, was told NO None. Made appointment, went in only to be shocked by the rapid price change of $15,000 over the MSRP. Price advertised on website $44,000 and at the dealer 44,000 + 15,000 + 4980 taxes + 4190 for some protection you can not remove + additional fees for registration etc. - total cost around $68,170 for a car that is worth only around 44K and change. LIVID is not even the best word to describe my frustration. The sales gentleman was nice however kept repeating himself like I was xxxxxxxx which got me frustrated even more. Yes I am a woman however I too worked in sales so I know the game. When I asked for the manager, well then let me tell you. The most arrogant person I have met. The guy was unbelievably egotistical. Could not believe the arrogance coming out of that guy. Almost laughed in my face when I tried to negotiate the price. How horrendous. We left and called another dealer in the area. Only to find out that Lincolnwood Toyota dealer is the only one to over price their vehicles over 15k over sales price. Please be careful they are scammers at Lincolnwood. Bought me a nice Toyota at a different dealership that did not cheat me and was reasonable and not to mention professional and kind. DO NOT GO TO LINCOLNWOOD More

Overall my experience was great, this is the first vehicle I finance. I originally came in to get my other vehicle in for a regular service maintenance.
