Well, they refused to give me my Venza for free, but aside from that minor detail, they were absolutely fantastic. I have bought 8 cars in my lifetime and so far this experience was the best. My best buying experience ever. I wanted a slightly better price, but doesnt everyone. Everyone was very nice, very relaxed, and very honest. For five whole seconds I was afraid that I was going to go through hell to get this remedied, but Brad seemed more concerned about it than I did. He assured me that he would take care of it and he did. The following day Brad had it buffed with no cost to me and the car looked perfect. Since then Brad and brian have called me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Its nice to know that some businesses still know how to provide customer service. Grossinger is one of them. More
