I had communicated with the salespeople that my intention in buying a new Prius Plug in Hybrid was to take advantage of the soon to expire federal tax credit on electric and partly electric vehicles. Two days later I learned the tax credit was not available because the auto was completely assembled in Japan. I complained, because I thought honest and ethical sales staff should have told me this prior to selling the car to me. Mr. Mousing, the general manager, expressed concern about my complaint and did his best to help me. He did make some compensation to the cost. I appreciate his help and attention. I think he cares about the success of his dealership, and thus paid attention to my issue, even though I am “just another customer.” I feel more satisfied, and give the dealership 4 stars, a good rating. It is important to treat customers in an ethical way, and inform customers of the important factors in the auto sales. More

El auto afuera y el estúpido del técnico dijo que no tenia nada cundo la camioneta al frenar siente un golpe y dice que eso es normal de una rav4 2025 no lo puedo creer y aparte de eso que no estaban dañados los baleros....y que raro que no me cobraron por la revisión cuando al principio me dijeron que eso costaba para poder acerle el chequeo me sacaro así sin cobrar More

I took my car , bought at Leader Toyota for oil service and problems with the radio going on and off. After more than 3 hours waiting I was told that it’s all good.
