I have always been totally satisfied... But this time you blew it. The service Dept could not resolve the issue with the Extended Warranty which I purchased from YOU... and referred me to the Finance Dept. blew it. The service Dept could not resolve the issue with the Extended Warranty which I purchased from YOU... and referred me to the Finance Dept. After contacting the Warranty Company myself, I was told my Extended Warranty (which I am being charged for every month) has been cancelled and that the cancellation would have come from the Dealership. I have been trying to get someone in the Finance Dept. for 4 days now and continually get "this mailbox is full" and get hung up on (twice), "He's out to lunch, I'll take your Name and Number and he should call you back in an hour to an hour and a half." 22.5 hours laterI get a call while I am working and cannot answer the phone, 20 min. later I call back and again I get "this mailbox is full" and hung up on, when I call back it rings forever and Frankie in Service answers... after waiting for Frankie to investigate i get "He's with another customer, I'll get him to call you when he's done." That was about 3pm... heard nothing by the end of Business Day, Next day Thanksgiving. Now it's Friday and I heard NOTHING all day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Issue is still not resolved after a week. I travel all the way here from Fultondale to be service in Trussville because of the pride that's tak professionally and the service is immaculate.
