I am also expected to pay 50,000 for a truck only worth 35,000 of that, the back glass has been shattered and was poorly replaced, there is a huge dent in the left corner of the cab which is probably related to the poorly replaced rear window. There was a coolant additive light on and when I asked why I got told, “I don’t know much about diesels.” I feel like I was sold a lemon, feel I was ripped off and I am contemplating contacting a lawyer. I will never buy from this dealership again if I ever do make another large purchase again, which I highly doubt after this experience More

Initially you guys were great. Once it came down to actually purchasing our vehicle totally different story. We have bought several vehicles and have never had to wait that long or been left in the dark. Going hours on end without any communication or even seeing numbers so absolutely unacceptable. This was by far one of the worst car buying experiences we have encountered. Luckily our small children lasted through all the xx of that day. Satisfied with the vehicle, no. The vehicle still needs a fuel filter and oil change according the the vehicle. Even though they said they would get it taken care of. The experience on the other hand, absolutely would never do again. Also, could clearly tell the attitude change when you found out we still owed on our vehicle and what our credit scores were. To talk about rude is an understatement. Getting told you are next or it will only be a little bit longer and then hours later, ridiculous. Also stuck us with someone in finance who did not know what he was doing after making us wait for hours. Completely not his fault and he tried his best to explain everything. That is on you (he was the most pleasant out of everyone even if he didn’t know what he was doing) The only upside to that whole experience was the free water. More

The people were nice, just seem to not communicate well with each other to get things done. More
