Very nice people and made sure we were comfortable. They would provide us with cold water while we were waiting for the car to be finished with detailing and getting the oil changed before we drove on They would provide us with cold water while we were waiting for the car to be finished with detailing and getting the oil changed before we drove on the lot. The sales person was even going to talk to his boss about getting us lunch because it was taking longer than expected. We told him we planned on getting lunch anyways and left to get lunch when we got back again greeted with smiles and told the vehicle had about 15 more minutes left. Really pleased with my experience had been telling people to go check them out to get a new or used vehicle. When I need a new one I will check them out first. More
Fastest sale ever, Andrew West is a great salesman, and he was so helpful in making my selection and got the deal rolling right away. Working with the dealership was great. From the manager, Bentley, to everyone involved, Seth Wadley beat our expectations. From the manager, Bentley, to everyone involved, Seth Wadley beat our expectations. More

Over all I am very pleased with my car and the way I was treated. One concern I have is that my credit score has dropped because of the fact that there were 6 different inquiries for lenders to which I can treated. One concern I have is that my credit score has dropped because of the fact that there were 6 different inquiries for lenders to which I can only hope resulted in the best possible outcome for me. My only “complaint” concerns the “service” fee. I asked about the reason for it being over $600 and was told that it was to cover the costs for the dealer to get the car ready for sale yet the only thing that I could tell that was done to it was changing the oil and filter. I had asked if they could top off the fluids and check the tire pressure and reset the “low tire pressure” warning sensor and none of that was done. Also it would have been nice to know that there was no jack or lug wrench in the event that I had a flat while driving home. Fortunately I have both an extra jack and lug wrench at home from previous cars. My biggest concern was the fact that the brake fluid level was extremely low to the point that I had to stop and get some and fill it myself. The reason for my concern is not that I had to fill it myself but this fact that, at least to me that could be a serious safety issue. So I guess my question is exactly what purpose does the “preparation fee” serve other than to increase the amount I had to pay for the car? I mean almost every other dealer where I’ve bought a car it had been cleaned up both inside and out. Still overall I’m happy with the car and the way I was treated during my time there. More
