Relatively painless. I dont like buying vehicles, so is always stressful. The salesman and loan personnel were friendly, stayed late to get us taken care of. I think 399.00for doc processing is absolutely always stressful. The salesman and loan personnel were friendly, stayed late to get us taken care of.
