Beware of this Place!! Classic BMW in Plano is THE WORST car dealership I have EVER worked with. I’ve been swindled and treated like crap from the moment I purchased my car Classic BMW in Plano is THE WORST car dealership I have EVER worked with. I’ve been swindled and treated like crap from the moment I purchased my car in December 2016. The service department has terrible communication skills, an inability to address underlying issues with my vehicle and always is quick to charge me for something without even taking care of the actual problem (going on A YEAR now that I have an electrical short causing different headlight bulbs to malfunction which has not been handled). If any warranty work needs to be done they treat you like absolute xxxx because you aren’t paying them for something you already paid for when purchasing the car. Incredibly rude and pretentious people... If I could give this place negative stars I would. Beware of this place, especially the used car department and the service department. More

Excellence in service I Brought my 2015 BMW 435i to get checked for a possible oil leak. I dealt with Zuhaib, a service advisor, and he took me through every step of the p I Brought my 2015 BMW 435i to get checked for a possible oil leak. I dealt with Zuhaib, a service advisor, and he took me through every step of the process that was going to be involved in terms of diagnosing the problem. After it was completed, he personally checked the car himself to Make sure all the seals were tight. The issue with intermittent problems in cars are sometimes when you bring it in for service the technicians sort of dismiss It. Zuhaib took my car issue seriously and took care of it in the most professional manner possible. I will only deal with him moving forward. He took all the stress out of getting my car serviced. More
