Cody Garcia was assigned to be my service rep and he made the unpleasant task of having to get my cars repaired as stress-free and painless as possible. He kept me informed about the status and made sure my vehicles received a high quality outcome from every repair visit. Cody Garcia is the epitome of a great customer service professional. He truly cares about his customers and makes sure you always leave satisfied with the high quality of service you receive. My E60 M5 started having transmission malfunction warnings pop up so I contacted Classic BMW to see about getting it looked at. The service dept told me that yes, they would look at it, after breakin warnings pop up so I contacted Classic BMW to see about getting it looked at. The service dept told me that yes, they would look at it, after breaking down the full details to them. I pay $185 to have it towed to their service dept. They call me later in the day to discuss. When I told them I just wanted it diagnosed, wasn't certain it would be repaired, they were no longer interested in diagnosing the issue although I was willing to pay the $200 fee. For service I recommend indys like AutoScope. More
