Cody Garcia was assigned to be my service rep and he made the unpleasant task of having to get my cars repaired as stress-free and painless as possible. My E60 M5 started having transmission malfunction warnings pop up so I contacted Classic BMW to see about getting it looked at. The service dept told me that yes, they would look at it, after breakin warnings pop up so I contacted Classic BMW to see about getting it looked at. The service dept told me that yes, they would look at it, after breaking down the full details to them. I pay $185 to have it towed to their service dept. They call me later in the day to discuss. When I told them I just wanted it diagnosed, wasn't certain it would be repaired, they were no longer interested in diagnosing the issue although I was willing to pay the $200 fee. For service I recommend indys like AutoScope. More
