On Friday, Feb 5th, I took my vehicle to Classic BMW for its first service and wanted it detailed. Carlos Villegas was assigned as my service advisor and was kind enough to set me up with a real nice loane its first service and wanted it detailed. Carlos Villegas was assigned as my service advisor and was kind enough to set me up with a real nice loaner. At the time, he said that the detail shop may not get to it until Monday at the latest. I was OK with it since I had some nice loaner wheels, although I told him I had a flight out of town on Monday afternoon and I wouldn’t be back for a week. He said he was off on Saturday, but would keep me apprised. On Saturday, I called Classic BMW to cancel the detailing because I really needed to bring back the loaner Monday morning before my flight. Within 30 minutes Carlos called me even though he wasn’t working, and was able to ascertain that my car had been serviced and detailed. He didn’t have to call me because it was his day off, but he did. I believe that Carlos Villegas’s professionalism and his selfless act of spending his personal time to take care of a customer makes Classic BMW the #1 dealership in the North Texas area. More
