So. I bought a truck from sexton Ford sales person was Claudia nice person so to make a long story short sold me the warranty so after I started driving it it was smoking on start up well I resolved that Claudia nice person so to make a long story short sold me the warranty so after I started driving it it was smoking on start up well I resolved that issue myself but now getting some other stuff going wrong I was told the warranty was like buying a new car anything goes wrong it would be covered but thats all a lie because it dont cover anything that keeps the car running but will cover a window switch but no sensors esp ford warranty is a joke so now I'm going to demand my money back on the worthless warranty Oh by the way they will cover it but you have to pay the the tear down if if shows mis use of vehicle you stuck with the whole ball and wax.So its just money in somebody pocket when delivered was even cleaned properly More

Used car buyer beware Sexton will cover up flaws and not fix it right after you find them. If you do but from them look the vechile over 100 %. Just not right Bought a car two weeks ago. Test drive was fine. Pulled off the lot and LITERALLY two blocks down the road a “tire pressure sensor fault” warning came Bought a car two weeks ago. Test drive was fine. Pulled off the lot and LITERALLY two blocks down the road a “tire pressure sensor fault” warning came up. Called back the next day they were open and was told to bring it in and they would check it out. We had an appointment to have a remote start put in so we had them check the fault at that time. We were told it would cost us 125 dollars to fix. Meanwhile, we had been thinking about a nicer, newer car that was on the lot as well, so my husband called yesterday to see how much they would give us for this car (again, we’ve only had it for two weeks) thinking they could at least get CLOSE to what we paid. They would only give us 1500 LESS than we paid. I expected to take a hit, it’s a business after all they need to make money, but 1500 dollars for two weeks is outrageous!!! And the car we were thinking about is twice as much as we paid for this one. So they are losing out on a bigger sale, and most likely losing future sales to us. The salesman was awesome tho I will say that. Just doesn’t make sense to me. More
