Making a purchase is a large step and we felt his honesty and integrity helped us make our overall decision the right one for us. Another perk is having a dedicated associate (Gio) to walk us through our entire electronic features was amazing! I like that I can connect with him even after my purchase to ensure any questions I have are answered. I actually went back to their facility to purchase some special extras! Parts person (sorry can’t remember his name) was spot on for my needs and providing excellent service and knowledge! Overall experience - amazing!! More

My experience with Shaker Hyundai was excellent. Professional but at the same time relaxed. If you stop in ask for John in Sales. He made the experience all the more enjoyable.
