Ondre was my product specialist. Zero pressure, easy to work with. Satisfied with my purchase until the vehicle was a little slow to start a few times after leaving the dealership. I called right away (same day as pick up of the vehicle) and they had me come in first thing the next day to take a look. They were able to resolve the issue and order a replacement part which will be installed next week. Thank you Shaker Family Hyundai. More

I felt my car was kidnapped . Two months at the dealer. Even a month after i was told the parts can in. When picking up the car ,still had to pay hundreds of dollars Even after th Two months at the dealer. Even a month after i was told the parts can in. When picking up the car ,still had to pay hundreds of dollars Even after the insurance check was handed over to dealer. The advisor did'nt offer any advice other than get the insurance check. I wished they gave me a loaner. I feel sick about the whole ordeal. More
