This very basic service of my vehicle which should have taken 45 minutes at the outside took 2,5 hours...really not acceptable. The service writer's area was full of people milling around with no apparent purpose. The person who took in my vehicle told me 15 to 20 minutes...1 half hour later he was still looking for my car. After he went outside to take what seemed to be a personal cell phone call. it was pretty apparent that they were aware of my frustration, so they decided to cover the price of the service. A nice gesture but leads me to believe that I can do better at a "quick lube" type facility. There seemed to be no organization among the service staff...some doing much...others doing little. More

The finance woman did do a big hype on add-ons like dent removal insurance and a warranty beyond the standard manufacturer warranty. But every dealership I’ve bought from has done that. They say short staffed but employees in back socializing. More techs are needed. was told they "schedule services as if we will be fully staffed but we are never fully staffed". Makes no sense.
