I've had my car serviced in different places but no one ever sent me a video describing the part of my car that was being inspected so I could see for my own self. I arrived for my 10:00 appointment to have an anti theft software update per recall. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later I was able to leave. He answered all of my questions with ease and was very up-front with me about the pricing and options available. This was my first time leasing, as well as my first time with a new car so there was a TON of uncertainty on my side. They even got the color I wanted! Jonathan helped answer my questions when I was setting up my insurance, Jordan was fantastic teaching me all the controls in the car, and the gentleman in the leasing office (I unfortunately can't remember his name!) was great as well. All around a fantastic experience and I will absolutely come back for any future needs and suggest to friends. Thanks y'all. :) More
