very disappointed in my service experience. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change several weeks ago. I brought my car in on 7/26/23 at 9:30 a.m. per my scheduled appointment. However, my car was not ready for 4 hours. I stayed in the Watertown area for 4 hours and had to waste a half of day of my day off from work. I called at the 2 hour mark and was told I would receive a call back with status. I did not receive a call back. I had to call again at the 3 hour mark.. Very frustrating. More

He answered all of my questions with ease and was very up-front with me about the pricing and options available. This was my first time leasing, as well as my first time with a new car so there was a TON of uncertainty on my side. They even got the color I wanted! Jonathan helped answer my questions when I was setting up my insurance, Jordan was fantastic teaching me all the controls in the car, and the gentleman in the leasing office (I unfortunately can't remember his name!) was great as well.
