My recent service was unsatisfactory due to the mechanic hurriedly performing the service. I was told by the Service Advisor this mechanic acknowledged he was backed up with his work thus performing a less hurriedly performing the service. I was told by the Service Advisor this mechanic acknowledged he was backed up with his work thus performing a less than satisfactory job on my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me with a noise “never before heard” in the engine compartment, oil was splattered on my engine and my safety concerns with the vehicle’s computer could not be answered. My previous routine Shaker auto service scores have always been high. Unfortunately the safety concerns which initiated this recent service required me to drop off my vehicle over night still leaving me with unanswered questions and I need Shaker’s to address them. I have prepared written correspondence relating all of my safety issues to be presented for review. I need to know my Hyundai Santa Cruz computer will not take over while I am in cruise control leaving me to fear for my life on the highway and correct the issue of my center screen blackout which controls the rear view backup camera. More
