Despite some conflicts with scheduling on my end and having to tow my old car in, Kyle made sure there was time that night to finish the paperwork, prepare the car, and got it customized for my needs. Even better: Kyle was there to advocate to give my old car a fair trade-in value and made my tough situation into an easy decision for me to say yes to my car.
