Shaker's Service department is excellent. Brought my car in for an engine light and regular service. My service advisor Mitch greeted me by name as soon as I drove in. The Gentleman at the service desk was very polite. I explained the issue I had with the dealer in Milford regarding my recall and he had it taken care of.
