Dropped my car off, gave an extra day for repairs, the car was delayed, no phone call at all. 2 days after the day the repair was quoted for delivery, I had to call and ask about my car, to find they were car was delayed, no phone call at all. 2 days after the day the repair was quoted for delivery, I had to call and ask about my car, to find they were delaying the delivery for 2 more days. They hold my warranty with a “come back clause” to ensure their business is the one to service your car. I live further from this dealership, than a dealership I’d prefer to use. During my appointment scheduling, I reserved a shuttle using their phone appointment service. No shuttle. They said their guy quit. Then they said if I lived within 15-20 minutes, they’d be able to give me a ride, knowing I’m not within that window. Didn’t want to even entertain the idea of delivering the car at their convenience. This was no small repair. I thought service department was supposed to provide the best service, to secure future sales customers. This was my first new car. My next car will come from executive Honda. Unbelievable. More
