Shaker's Service department is excellent. Brought my car in for an engine light and regular service. My service advisor Mitch greeted me by name as soon as I drove in. The Gentleman at the service desk was very polite. I explained the issue I had with the dealer in Milford regarding my recall and he had it taken care of. Kept complaining about my rotors. They would resurface them but not replace them. During my last visit I mentioned the rotors again but this time the rotors were no longer under warr They would resurface them but not replace them. During my last visit I mentioned the rotors again but this time the rotors were no longer under warranty so I was told that they needed to be replaced urgently. I was given the total cost to that and also told that I needed to replace the brakes that were warned down due to the warping of the rotors. It was noted during all my visit how low mileage my vehicle is....so my question is why weren't the rotors replaced when they were under warranty? They had to resurfaced them a few times and NOW that they are no longer under warranty NOW they need to be urgently replaced. They needed to be urgently replaced when they required so much resurfacing. Not happy at all. More
