It took 20 days to fix my car with no loaner available! ! I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car totaling over $1000. Brought my 2021 palisade in for replacement on 4 speakers was told I would be given a loaner. Upon arrival no loaner was “available” then then 4 speakers that were supposedly ordered were the incorrect ones. was told I would be given a loaner. Upon arrival no loaner was “available” then then 4 speakers that were supposedly ordered were the incorrect ones. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks and waste my time to bring my car back in. I also voiced concerned of my radio that has been staticy but he’s seems to be blowing me off about that. But we will see.. Once my speakers are all set and my radio is fixed I will never return to this specific hyundai dealer again. More
