I was dreading my car service because I figured it would be a long wait! I was completely wrong, it was great! My service representative was friendly and explained everything clearly. I had an overall wonderful experience with having my car serviced here. I worked with Colby who was very professional and helpful when I asked for my car to be looked at, with a slew of issues. He ensured serviced here. I worked with Colby who was very professional and helpful when I asked for my car to be looked at, with a slew of issues. He ensured me he would make time for an appointment despite it being around the holidays and my worry of time constraints regarding needing a car for work/needing to transport my children safely. Colby communicated clearly and quickly with me on all aspects of my vehicle's issues and provided excellent customer service along the way. He was friendly, easy to ask questions to and was quick to respond. Colby was transparent and clear regarding work that needed to be done immediately, explained work he recommended but could be held off, and what he recommended for the future, which I appreciated. He worked as a liaison between myself and the service techs to supply information efficiently, as well as explain proceedings in detail. I am thankful for his help, knowledge of the services, and timeliness. It would be a pleasure do do work with him again in the future. More
